After the super success of ‘KGF’, fans have been eagerly waiting for the second part of the film. Owing to the pandemic, the shooting of the film was delayed with the film’s release date also getting pushed over. Now, the executive producer Karthik Gowda recently revealed that a glimpse will be shared in January.
During an announcement of another film, a fan quizzed him on when the trailer will be released to which he responded in Kannada saying, "Birthday ge not... Bere range all brother." (It will be on his birthday. It will be on a different level). Yash celebrates his birthday on January 8.
On November 25, Yash along with the entire team jetted off to Hyderabad to shoot the final portion of the film. While Yash returned to Bengaluru on 29, the rest of the team is expected to shoot for the next few days. Sanjay Dutt, who essays the role of Adheera in the film, has also been shooting in Hyderabad.
Directed by Prashanth Neel, ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ also stars Raveena Tandon, Prakash Raj, and Malavika Avinash in pivotal roles.
